Shipping and handling 

Poème focuses on providing recycled and adequately packaged parcels inclusive of bubble wrap and cardboard for every order containing glass. Damage during transit is unlikely to occur, however, if it does please read the following:

Poème is not responsible for any damage in transit and if this unfortunately occurs, it is recommended that you return your parcel including all of its packaging and contents to an Australia Post store that provides damaged goods compensation. In some instances Australia Post may allow you to send the parcel back to us to lodge the claim and provide you with a replacement. This can only occur if you receive the parcel unopened but broken glass can be heard inside the parcel. If you would like to enquire about an alternative arrangement please email us as soon as possible. All items under $100 in value are automatically insured through the courier service. 

Poème is under no obligation to front redelivery costs if your parcel is returned to us. Your tracking information will be sent to your provided email once initiated, so please keep an eye on your tracking. Australia Post will hold items for up to 2 weeks before returning it back to us.
